原油加热节能技术在安塞油田的现场应用 被引量:5

摘要 安塞油田高回压井组、拉油井点在冬季原油集输及拉运过程中因原油结蜡造成集输管道不畅通、运输困难等问题,影响原油正常生产。介绍了水套加热炉、石油防爆电磁加热器和太阳能辅助原油加热装置的结构、工作原理及性能特点,对这3种井口加热装置在安塞油田的现场使用情况进行了对比及经济效益评价。太阳能辅助原油加热装置安全环保、自动化程度高且总费用最低,现场应用效果较好。 The crude oil collection and transportation difficulties from the high pressure well group and the drawing well points in Ansai oil field in winter caused by the waxing of crude oil were focused. The structure,working principle and performance characteristics of water jacket heating furnace,oil explosion-proof electromagnetic heater and solar-assisted crude oil heating device were introduced,the application of these three kinds of wellhead heating devices in Ansai Oilfield were compared and evaluated. Solar energy assisted crude oil heating device is safe, environmentally friendly,highly automated,and has the lowest total cost with satisfying field application effects.
