摘要
将运动技能教学、体质健康与《纲要》《标准》精神融合在一起,采用实验法、问卷调查法、测试法和数理统计法,对“三线·四步”教学模式在女子防身术课程中的实践进行研究,并对实验结果进行独立样本t检验和效果量统计分析。研究结果表明:实验组与对照组的四项体能测试具有显著性差异(P<0.05),效果量(0.5946)为中等,实验组优于对照组;实验组与对照组的体育成绩具有高度显著性差异(P<0.01),效果量(0.7704)为中等,实验组优于对照组;实验组和对照组对课程的总体评价具有高度显著性差异(P<0.01),效果量为中等,尤其是在自主学习能力及团队合作能力指标中的效果量(0.8133)为大。由此说明,“三线·四步”教学模式不仅能提高女大学生的体育成绩,还能提高女大学生的体能和总体评价满意度,尤其是能提高女大学生的自主学习能力及团队合作能力。建议将“三线·四步”教学模式应用于女子防身术课程。
The paper integrated teaching motor skills, physical health and the and the spirit of the standard together so as to achieve efficient classroom teaching objective, and it used experimental method, questionnaire survey method, test method and mathematical statistics method to conduct experimental research on the "Three·Four step" teaching mode in the women's self defense course, and conduct independent sample t test and effect quantity statistical analysis on the experimental results. The results showed that Four physical tests of the experimental group and the control group had significant difference ( P <0.05), the effect size (0.594 6) is medium, and the experimental group is better than in the control group;Sports performance of the experimental group and the control group had highly significant differences ( P <0.01), the effect size (0.770 4) is medium, and the experimental group is better than in the control group;The overall evaluation of the course of the experimental group and the control group on had highly significant difference ( P <0.01), the effect size is medium, especially in self regulated learning ability and team work ability index, effect sizes (0.813 3)is greater. Therefore,"Three·Four step" teaching mode can not only improve female students ' physical performance but also improve female college students physical fitness and overall satisfaction, in particular female college students' self learning ability and team work. So "Three·Four step" teaching mode is recommended to be used in women's self defense course.
