鲁西煤矿1516工作面液压支架与乳化液泵站选型研究

摘要 为研究鲁西煤矿1516工作面液压支架强度与乳化液泵站型号合理匹配的问题,以实现节约成本和安全生产的双赢效果。本文对工作面的液压支架和乳化液泵站进行选型研究,结果显示,选定的液压支架符合要求,其工作阻力大于工作面合理的支护强度;选定的乳化液泵站符合要求,应保证泵站压力不小于30MPa,乳化液配比浓度为3%~5%。 In order to study the problem of the reasonable matching of the hydraulic support strength of the 1516 working face of Luxi Coal Mine with the model of the emulsion pumping station,in order to achieve a win-win effect of cost saving and safe production,this paper studies the selection of hydraulic support and emulsion pumping station on the working face.The results show that the selected hydraulic support meets the requirements.The working resistance is greater than the reasonable support strength of the working face.The selected emulsion pump station meets the requirements.The pump station pressure should be no less than 30 MPa,and the emulsion concentration should be 3%~5%.
