板栗叶和柞叶染料对桑蚕丝绸的染色研究 被引量:15

摘要 为丰富天然染料的色彩及品种,从废弃物板栗落叶及柞树落叶中提取天然染料,并以该两种染料分别对桑蚕丝绸进行直接染色及媒染染色,研究染色工艺参数及硫酸亚铁媒染对染色性能的影响,测试了染色试样的紫外线防护性能。结果表明,两种染料对桑蚕丝绸染色的适宜条件为:染色pH=5.0,染料浓度为提取染料原液,100℃下染色90min,染色浴比1∶50。硫酸亚铁作为媒染剂,提高了染色试样的K/S值,试样颜色由直接染色时的暗黄色变为灰黑色,直接染色及媒染试样的皂洗及摩擦牢度均达到3级以上。染色后桑蚕丝绸的紫外线防护性能明显提高。 To enrich the color and variety of natural dyes, natural dyes were extracted from waste such as Chinese chestnut leaves and oak leaves, and mulberry silk were dyed with the two kinds of dyes by direct dyeing and mordant dyeing process respectively. The influence of dyeing process parameters and ferrous sulfate mordant on dyeing properties were studied. The UV protection properties of the dyed samples were tested. The results showed that the optimal parameters for the two dyes on silk dyeing was: dyeing pH = 5. 0, dyeing temperature was 100 ℃ and holding time 90 min, dye concentration was the extraction solution, dyeing bath ratio 1: 50. When ferrous sulfate was used as a mordant, the K /S value of the mordant dyed sample was improved, the color of the samples changes from dark yellow ( direct dyeing) to gray black, the washing resistance and rubbing fastness of the direct dyeing and mordant dyeing samples were all above grade 3. The ultraviolet protection property of dyed mulberry silk fabric was improved obviously.
