摘要
新建明挖隧道从既有高架桥墩之间穿过,基坑边距离桥墩较近时,基坑开挖对桥墩的变形及受力产生一定影响,影响程度受多种因素制约,基坑开挖过程中保证既有桥墩的运营安全是项目成败的关键。基于一典型案例,建立整体有限元模型,验算基坑开挖对桥墩的变形影响规律,提出了四条减小基坑开挖对桥墩变形影响的方法:从总体方案入手,尽量减小桥墩处基坑开挖深度;合理增加基坑围护结构刚度;做好止水设计,严格控制基坑内外水土流失;合理设计基坑开挖方案。
The newly excavated tunnel runs between the existing viaduct piers. When the edge of foundation pit is close to the viaduct pier, the excavation of foundation pit has certain influence on the deformation and stress of piers. The degree of influence is restricted by many factors. It is a key to ensure the operation safety of the existing piers in the excavation of foundation pit for the success of the project. Based on a typical case, the overall finite element model is established to check and calculate the influence law of foundation pit excavation on the deformation of viaduct pier. This paper puts forward four methods to decrease the influence of foundation pit excavation on the deformation of piers. These four methods are to minimize the excavation depth of foundation pit at the piers, reasonably to increase the support structure rigidity of foundation pit, strictly to control the water and soil loss inside and outside of foundation pit by the good stop-water design, and reasonably to design the excavation scheme of foundation pit from the overall scheme.
