摘要
目的探讨奥氮平片治疗精神分裂症的效果。方法选取2017年4月~2018年4月我院收治的60例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按照奇偶数分组方法将其分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组采用阿立哌唑片治疗,观察组采用奥氮平片治疗。比较两组患者的阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的阴性症状评分、阳性症状评分、精神病理症状评分、PANSS总评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的阴性症状评分[(14.19±1.56)分]、阳性症状评分[(12.46±1.89)分]、精神病理症状评分[(23.19±1.08)分]、PANSS总评分[(45.62±5.19)分]低于对照组[(18.96±1.22)、(19.55±1.08)、(28.66±2.37)、(53.11±6.82)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应总发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(46.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥氮平片治疗精神分裂症效果显著,且可提高治疗安全性。
Objective To explore the effect of Olanzapine Tablets in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods A total of sixty patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the research subjects. All patients were divided into the observation group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases) according to the odd-even grouping method. The control group was treated with Aripiprazole Tablets, and the observation group was treated with Olanzapine Tablets. Then, the positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS) score, the clinical efficacy, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Before the treatment, the negative symptom score, positive symptom score, psychopathological symptom score and the total score of PANSS were compared, there were no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the negative symptom score ([14.19±1.56] points), positive symptom score ([12.46±1.89] points), psychopathic symptom score ([23.19±1.08] points), the total score of PANSS ([45.62±5.19] points) in the observation group were lower than those of the control group ([18.96±1.22],[19.55±1.08],[28.66±2.37),[53.11±6.82] points), the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group (93.33%) was higher than that of the control group (66.67%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (3.33%) was lower than that in the control group (46.67%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Olanzapine Tablets in patients with schizophrenia is effective and can improve the safety of treatment.
