摘要
狍为重要的具有研究价值的经济动物,血液成分研究测定能为狍的饲养管理和科研研究提供基础依据,但现阶段狍血液成分相关指标测定十分罕见。本研究使用血液成分分析仪器对5只狍的血液生理生化参数进行测定。结果列出5只狍的血液成分范围值,其中肌酸激酶、肌酐、葡萄糖水平的增加可能受应激奔跑活动所影响的。这与当时所观察到的应激活动程度大致为P3、P4>P5>P1、P2相符。狍血液成分指标的测定旨在为狍血液生理生化参数标准范围建立提供范围。
Roe deer is widely farmed and studied.More detailed quantification of roe deer blood composition can provide improve breeding management and scientific research of roe deer.Studies of roe blood chemistry have been few.We measured the blood physiological and biochemical parameters of five roe deer using blood component analysis instruments.The results described the blood components and showed increases in creatine kinase,creatinine,and glucose levels after stressful running.This was consistent with the degree of stressful activity observed,e.g.P3,P4>P5>P1,P2.Our results establish a standard range for the blood physiological and biochemical parameters of roe deer.
