摘要
地方性本科院校转型发展是国家教育战略要求,管理类专业与理工类专业的差异形成了不同的发展道路,从分析应用型大学专业趋向出发,从企业家目标、宏观层能力、微观层能力和区域社会环境变化分析了管理类学生素养要求,最后提出管理类专业的转型发展必须从教师的应用型、教学管理与考核的灵活性和搭建地方行业企业发展平台等三个方面的转型途径。
Local undergraduate colleges and universities development is a national education strategy transformation,and institute of professional management major differences to form the different development road,starting from the analysis of applied university professional tendency,from entrepreneurs target,macroscopic layer and microcosmic layer,and regional social environment change requirement management class students are analyzed,at last put forward the transformation of development management major must from teacher s application,teaching,management and evaluation of flexibility and three aspects of building and the local industry enterprise development platform of the transformation of the way.
