摘要
根据尿中硫氰酸盐的吡啶-巴比妥酸分光光度法结合工作场所中氰化氢和氰化物测定方法,建立了异烟酸-巴比妥酸法测定尿中的硫氰酸盐。该方法检出限为0.17μg,方法的最低检出浓度为1.7mg/L(按取0.1mL尿样计);相对标准偏差范围:1.25%~1.99%,样品加标回收率为98.5%~103%。该方法安全度高、重现性好、准确度高,且符合尿液中的硫氰酸盐的测定要求,值得推广。
Combining urinary thiocyanate pyridine-barbituric acid spectrophotometric method with the determination method of hydrogen cyanide and cyanide in the workplace, determination of thiocyanate in urine by isonicotinic acid-barbituric acid method was built. The detection limit of isonicotinic acid-barbituric acid method for the determination of thiocyanate in urine was 0.17 μg, and the minimum detection concentration was 1.7 mg/L (as measured by 0.1 mL urine sample ). Relative standard deviation range was 1.25%~1.99%, and the standard recovery of samples was 98.5%~103%. The method was safe, reproducible and accurate, and it met the requirements for the determination of thiocyanate in urine.
