摘要
信息无障碍是指任何人在任何情况下都能平等地、方便地、无障碍地获取和利用信息。从信息无障碍技术水平和服务能力看,我国远远超越了欧美国家。但是在普及程度上,欧美发达国家信息无障碍覆盖率高达100%,我国信息无障碍覆盖率还较低。"让互联网发展成果惠及13亿中国人民"对信息无障碍发展提出了战略要求,各级政府加快开展信息无障碍建设是保障残障人士在信息社会中有更多获得感、幸福感的基础工作。
Information accessibility means that anyone can access and use information equally, conveniently, and with easy access. From the perspective of information accessibility technology and service capabilities, China has far surpassed European and American countries. However, in terms of popularity, the information accessibility rate of developed countries in Europe and the United States is as high as 100%, while the information accessibility coverage rate in China is still low."Let the development of the Internet benefit the 1.3 billion Chinese people" has put forward strategic requirements for the development of information accessibility. Accelerating the development of information accessibility by governments at all levels is the basic work to ensure that people with disabilities have more sense of acquisition and happiness in the information society.
