摘要 对国家市场监督管理总局官网公布的2018年度各季度食品安全监督抽检情况分析的通告进行汇总,按照整体情况、各季度情况、食品种类和不合格项目4个方面进行分析,发现2018年度我国食品安全领域存在超范围、超限量使用食品添加剂、微生物污染以及农兽药残留指标不合格等重要问题,提出强化企业主体责任、提高抽检工作效能以及加强风险隐患排查等监管建议。 This paper summarized the announcements about sampling inspection results of national food safety supervision by State Administration for Market Regulation in each quarter of 2018. We analyzed the data in four aspects, including overall results, quarterly results, food types and unqualified items. It was found that the main problems of food safety in China in 2018 are over-range or over-limit use of food additives, microbial contamination, and high residue index of agricultural and veterinary drugs. We put forward some regulatory proposals, such as strengthening the main responsibility of enterprises, improving the efficiency of sampling inspection, and strengthening the investigation of potential risks.
