摘要
以车八岭自然保护区苗圃基地种植的观光木幼苗为材料,在固定光照强度[1000μmol/(m2·s)]的情况下,利用便携光合作用系统测定其在9:00、12:00和15:00这3个时间点的光合参数。结果表明,观光木的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率等光合参数在上午最高,中午最低,有光合“午休”现象,而细胞间隙CO2浓度以及叶片温度则是在中午最高。推测温度升高影响了酶活性,造成了观光木的“午休”现象。
The photosynthetic parameters were determined by using portable photosynthetic system under fixed light intensity [1 000 μmol/(m 2 ·s)] at 9:00,12:00 and 15:00.The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of sightseeing wood were the highest in the morning and the lowest at noon,with the phenomenon of photosynthesis midday depression,while the intercellular CO 2 concentration and leaf temperature were the highest at noon.Therefore,it can be speculated that the temperature rise affected the enzyme activity and caused the midday depression phenomenon of T.odorum .
