摘要
目的了解郑州地区高校大学生无偿献血情况,为完善低危血液招募策略提供依据。方法对2013年-2017年194 098名高校大学生献血情况和血液检测结果进行分析。结果 5年间参与无偿献血的高校大学生占献血总人数的比例由13.42%增加至24.67%,占在校大学生总人数的比例由3.09%增加至5.64%(P<0.01)。所献血液HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-TP及其他阳性率依次由0.45%、0.36%、0.29%、0.22%下降至0.18%、0.31%、0.17%、0.12%,除抗-HCV外,其他均P<0.01;而ALT阳性率由0.89%上升至1.85%(P<0.01)。与其他人群相比,大学生ALT(1.56%)、HBsAg(0.41%)及其他(0.16%)阳性率依次高于其他人群的1.36%、0.34%、0.12%(P<0.01);血液总阳性率(2.67%)高于其他人群(2.39%)(P<0.01)。结论高校大学生所献血液阳性率高现象亟需引起广泛关注,建议加强其献血知识普及和献血前筛查力度,完善低危血液招募策略,保障临床用血安全。
Objective To investigate the voluntary blood donation among college students in Zhengzhou,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving the recruitment strategies of low risk blood.Methods Statistical analysis was made on blood donation and blood test results among 194 098 college students from 2013 to 2017.Results From 2013 to 2017,the college students among all blood donors increased from 13.42% to 24.67%.The college students donating blood increased from 3.09% to 5.64% among all college students(P<0.01).The positive rates of HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-TP and other testing items decreased from 0.45%,0.36%,0.29% and 0.22% to 0.18%,0.31%,0.17% and 0.12% respectively.Except anti-HCV,the other indicators were all P<0.01.But the positive rate of ALT increased from 0.89% to 1.85%(P<0.01).Compared with other blood donors,the positive rates of ALT(1.56%),HBsAg(0.41%) and other testing items(0.16%) among college students donating blood were higher than other blood donors(1.36%,0.34% and 0.12%)(P<0.01).The total positive rate of blood(2.67%) was higher than that of other blood donors(2.39%)(P<0.01).Conclusion The blood positive rate of low-risk blood donors in college students was high.This phenomenon needs more attention.We should strengthen the popularization of blood donation knowledge among college students,strengthen health examination and consult before blood donation to shield unsuitable blood donors,so as to improve the recruitment strategy of low-risk blood and ensure the safety of clinical blood use.
