摘要
旅游产业的区域集聚化发展过程,能够加速旅游资源的优化配置和旅游规模经济效应的实现,并使旅游产业逐渐成为区域经济的新增长极。研究旅游产业经济关联带动效应,认识旅游产业的区域集聚的动力机制研究尤为重要。中国旅游产业区域集聚的动力机制不仅包括内在和外在动力因素及其关系,还包括竞合机制、创新机制和保障机制这三大作用机制。其中,内在动力因素主要包括外部经济效应、产业价值链结构、旅游资源禀赋等;外在动力因素则包括旅游客源市场供求关系、交通区位条件、政府政策保障和外部市场竞争情况等。这两种动力因素相互联系、相互作用且相互影响,不断促进旅游产业区域集聚的发展,同时也为后续的旅游产业区域集聚水平测度及集聚绩效评价奠定了理论基础。
Incubating business clustering of the tourism industry can accelerate the optimal allocation of tourism resources and the realization of economy of scale in the tourism industry, making it gradually become a new growth pole of the regional economy. In order to study the economic effect of the tourism industry, it is particularly important to understand the mechanism for the impetus of the intra-regional business clustering of China's tourism industry. This mechanism includes not only the internal and external impetuses and their relations, but also includes three sub-mechanisms: the coopetitive mechanism, the innovation mechanism and the guarantee mechanism. Among them, the internal impetus mainly refers to external economic effects, industrial value chain structure, and tourism resources endowment, while the external impetus includes the supply-demand relationship in the tourist market, traffic location conditions, government policy guarantee and external market competition. These two mechanisms are interrelated, interacting and influencing each other. They constantly promote the development direction and quality of intra-regional business clustering of the tourism industry. At the same time, they also lay a theoretical foundation for the follow-up measurement of the clustering level and the evaluation of the clustering performance.
