摘要
随着我国人才评价制度改革的不断深化,质量人才评价工作面临重大调整和转型。本文梳理了我国质量人才评价工作开展情况,逐一分析了存在的问题,就如何更好地规范质量人才评价、管理质量人才队伍提出了建议,为建立新的质量人才评价制度提供参考。
As the reform of talent evaluation system is carried out in China, the evaluation of quality professional is facing significant adjustment and transformation. This paper summarizes the current situation of quality professional evaluation in China, and analyzes the existing problems, providing suggestions on how to better standardize the quality professional evaluation and management, and references for the establishment of a new quality professional evaluation system.
