摘要 随着经济全球化发展和国家"一带一路”战略计划,能源电力基础设施互联互通与产能合作加快推进,加强国际标准合作与对接互认的重要性日益凸显。本文论述了我国及浙江省电力标准国际化实情,并以与浙江电力行业发展最为相关的IEC/TC13、TC20和TC33为研究对象,重点阐述了三大电力标准框架、分布和研究方向等,提出电力技术标准国际化的可行性建议。 With the development of economic globalization and the Belt and Road strategic plan, power infrastructure connectivity and production capacity cooperation have been accelerated with increasingly prominent international standards cooperation and mutual recognition. This paper discusses the internationalization work of power standards in China and Zhejiang province, expounds the standard framework, distribution and research direction of the power standards committees such as the IEC/TC 13, TC 20 and TC 33 which are relevant to the development of the power industry in Zhejiang province, and finally proposes the suggestions on the feasibility of internationalization of power technology standards.
