摘要 在细长臂的振动特性分析中,由于传动链条的存在,使得细长臂的振动特性和端部位移运动的精准度有所改变。针对这一问题,提出利用弹性套筒模拟链条使之达到与链条变形相同的效果,并利用有限元进行振动特性分析。研究结果表明,使用弹性套筒模拟链条,可以得到更为准确的细长臂振动特性数据,从而为设计者更好地抑制细长臂的振动提供更准确的参考数据。 In the analysis of vibration characteristics of slender arms, the vibration characteristics and the accuracy of end displacement movement of slender arms have been changed due to the existence of transmission chains.Aiming at this problem, the elastic sleeve was used to simulate the chain so as to achieve the same effect as the chain deformation, and the vibration characteristics were analyzed by finite element method. The results show that more accurate vibration characteristic data of slender arm can be obtained by using elastic sleeve to simulate the chain, so as to provide more accurate reference datas for designers to better suppress the vibration of the slender arm.
