摘要
以实际工程为例,介绍了拱梁组合体系先梁后拱施工中拱肋吊装施工的方案和计算,重点阐述了履带吊上桥对桥梁结构影响的计算。全面分析各种影响因素,并通过对重型履带吊上桥的各种荷载进行分析计算,对带支架的箱梁结构进行验算,证明了重型履带吊上桥施工方案可行。沙河大桥的成功应用,为同类型桥梁吊装施工提供了参考。
Taking the actual project for example,the scheme and calculation of the arch rib hoisting construction of the arch-beam composite system are briefly introduced,and the calculation of the impact of the crawler crane on the bridge structure is emphasized.The various influencing factors are comprehensively analyzed,the various loads of the crawler crane on the bridge are analyzed and calculated,and the box-girder structure with the bracket is checked to prove that the construction scheme of the crawler crane being on the bridge is feasible.The successful application of Shahe bridge provides a reference for similar bridge hoisting construction.
