酸碱胁迫对舞毒蛾幼虫营养与总抗氧化力的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Acid-base Stresses on Nutrition and Total Antioxidant Capacity of Gypsy Moth Larvae

摘要 为探究舞毒蛾幼虫对酸碱饲料胁迫的响应机制,采用不同酸碱度磷酸缓冲液(PBS6、PBS7、PBS8)配制饲料,对4龄舞毒蛾幼虫进行饲喂处理。测定分析了舞毒蛾幼虫的营养取食指标、营养成分含量及总抗氧化力。以蒸馏水配制的饲料作为对照。结果表明:饲料酸碱度可以抑制舞毒蛾幼虫取食量、粪便量、体重增长量及同化率;饲料酸碱性对碳水化合物含量和脂质含量均有显著抑制作用;而对可溶性蛋白含量和海藻糖含量无显著性影响,酸碱饲料胁迫可以提高舞毒蛾幼虫总抗氧化力。在酸碱胁迫条件下,碳水化合物和脂质含量呈下降趋势,此而总抗氧化力呈上升趋势。 In order to explore how gypsy moth larvae respond to acid-base diets stress, artificial diets were prepared with phosphate buffer of different pH value, and named respectively as PBS6, PBS7 and PBS8 according to the pH value of phosphate buffer. The fourth instar gypsy moth larvae were fed with those acid-base diets. Afterwards, food consumption, nutrient composition and total antioxidant capacity of gypsy moth larvae were detected. Results indicated that alimental pH could affect feeding amount, fecal amount, weight growth and assimilation rate of gypsy moth larvae;soluble protein content and trehalose content were not significantly affected by acidity and alkalinity of diets, but carbohydrate content and lipid content did. Moreover,the total antioxidant capacity was increased by pH stress. In conclusion, carbohydrates content and lipids content decreased by the alimental pH stress, however, the total antioxidant capacity was significantly increased.
