摘要
对东北林蛙(Rana dybowskii Guenther)和黑龙江林蛙(Rana amurensis Boulenger)2个野生种的林蛙油进行蛋白质翻译后修饰的差异性分析,并与市售林蛙油进行对比。运用Western blot方法检测3种林蛙油蛋白的赖氨酸乙酰化、赖氨酸巴豆酰化和酪氨酸磷酸化修饰水平,进一步分析其被修饰的蛋白质的差异性。结果表明:从3种林蛙油蛋白的Western印迹均可得到可分析的蛋白质条带,发现3种林蛙油蛋白被不同的修饰方法修饰后,三者的条带信号强弱均有差异,同种修饰方式在2个不同野生种之间存在差异。
A differential analysis of protein post-translational modification of Oviductus ranae of the two wild species Rana dybowskii and Rana amurensis was conducted,and the comparison between the Oviductus ranae and the commercially available rana oil was carried out. Western blot was used to detect the levels of lysine acetylation,lysine crotonylation and tyrosine phosphorylation in the three Oviductus ranae proteins,and the differences of the modified proteins were further nalayzed.The results showed that the Western blot of the three Oviductus ranae proteins could obtain the analyzable protein bands. The Oviductus ranae proteins were modified by different modification methods,and the band signals were different. Modifications varied between the two different wild species.This experiment can provide theoretical basis for the quality identification of Chinese herbal medicines,the identification of fake products and the further development and utilization of Oviductus ranae products in health care products and cosmetics.
