摘要
目的探讨表皮葡萄球菌在各科中感染分布情况及对各种抗生素的耐药性分析,为临床合理用药提供一定的指导依据。方法收集2017年7月至2017年12月间蚌埠医学院第一附属医院住院患者培养出的表皮葡萄球菌的菌株100株,按照《全国临床试验操作规程》进行病原鉴定,采用K-B纸片琼脂扩散法进行药敏试验,数据采用SPSS22.0统计学软件进行分析。结果100株表皮葡萄糖球菌感染菌株共来自12个科室,其中骨科检出率(30.00%),远远高于其他各科检出率(P<0.05);其余各科室之间菌株构成比比较差异无统计学意义;耐药性测试结果:青霉素G耐药性最高(91.00%),其次为甲氧苄啶(76.00%)、阿奇霉素(71.00%)、苯唑西林(70.00%),均高于其余11种抗生素耐药率(P<0.05);敏感率测试结果:万古霉素(97.00%)最高,其次为替考拉宁(94.00%)、利福平(79.00%)、阿米卡星(78.00%)、氯霉素(69.00%),高于其余10种抗生素敏感率(P<0.05)。结论通过对表皮葡萄球菌在医院各科中感染分布情况及对各种抗生素的耐药性分析结果,可很好的掌握该菌高危感染人群及耐药性分布与变化情况,为临床用药指导提供重要的指导依据。
Objective To investigate the distribution of Staphylococcus epidermidis infection in various departments and analyze the drug resistance of various antibiotics, so as to provide some guidance for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods 100 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from July 2017 to December 2017. The pathogens were identified according to the National Clinical Trial Operational Procedures. The drug sensitivity test was performed by K-B disk agar diffusion method. The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 statistical software. Results A total of 100 strains of S. epidermidis infection were collected from 12 departments, and the detection rate of orthopaedics was 30.00%, which was much higher than that of other departments (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the proportion of strains among other departments;Penicillin G had the highest resistance (91.00%). The resistance rates of trimethoprim (76.00%), azithromycin (71.00%) and oxacillin (70.00%) were higher than those of the other 11 antibiotics (P<0.05);the sensitivity test results showed that vancomycin (97.00%) was the highest, followed by teicoplanin (94.00%), rifampicin (79.00%), amikacin (78.00%) and chloramphenicol (69.00%) was higher than the other 10 antibiotics (P<0.05). Conclusion The distribution of Staphylococcus epidermidis infection in various departments of hospital and the results of antibiotic resistance analysis can be a good grasp of the high-risk infection of the bacteria and the distribution and change of drug resistance, and provide an important guidance for clinical drug guidance.
