摘要
三苯甲烷类染料因具色泽鲜艳、着色力高、色谱范围广等优势,被广泛应用于纺织、印染行业。但是,染料废水含有大量环境难以降解的有害物质,随着废水的不断排放,这些有害物质逐渐在环境中积累,最终会造成严重的环境污染,甚至危及人体健康。本文综述了如何利用细菌降解三苯甲烷类染料废水,总结了目前已报道的主要脱色菌种及其涉及的相关代谢产物、降解途径等,并分析了其存在的问题。
Triphenylmethane dyes are widely used in textile,printing and dyeing industries due to their bright color,high tinting strength and wide chromatographic range. However,dye wastewater contains a large number of harmful substances that are difficult to degrade in the environment. With the continuous discharge of wastewater,these harmful substances gradually accumulate in the environment,which will eventually cause serious environmental pollution and even endanger human health. This paper reviews how to use bacteria to degrade triphenylmethane dye wastewater,summarizes the main decolorized strains that have been reported so far,and the related metabolites and degradation pathways involved,and analyzes their existing problems.
