摘要
针对计算机辅助工艺设计过程中工艺尺寸自动计算存在的问题,提出一种基于混合图与尺寸式的工艺尺寸计算方法。首先阐明了混合图及其邻接矩阵的定义;然后介绍了向量与代数型尺寸的不同表达方法;给出工艺尺寸式与工序尺寸式的定义,提出从邻接矩阵查找和建立工艺尺寸式、工序尺寸式的流程与算法,实现由已知尺寸之间的代数运算求解工序尺寸,避免对尺寸方程组的求解。最后通过实例验证上述方法。结果表明,该思想与方法是准确可行的。
Aiming at the problems of automatic calculation of process dimension in the process of computer aided process design,a method of calculating the dimension of process based on mixed graph and dimension formula is proposed.Firstly,the definition of mixed graph and its adjacency matrix is expounded,and the different expression methods of vector and algebraic dimension are explained.Then,the algorithm of finding and establishing process dimension formula from adjacency matrix is given.On this basis,the definition of the procedure dimension is proposed,and the algorithm of procedure dimension is found and established from adjacency matrix.The procedure dimension is solved by the algebraic operation between known dimensions,which avoids the solution of the dimensions equations.Finally,the above method is verified by an example.The results show that the idea and method are accurate and feasible.
