摘要
目前多孔介质中流体在微小流速驱替时流压值很小,现有的高精度压力传感器不能满足实验需求,造成测量微小流速渗流时的流压值误差较大,从而影响后期生产速度。为此,本文设计了一套基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器的多孔介质中流体流压检测系统,实现了对出口端微弱信号的采集,实时显示,保存与回放。提出整个系统的结构,建立了以压力传感器,放大电路,数据采集卡,和计算机为主体的硬件平台,利用LabVIEW 2017开发了采集与分析软件。给出了INA128放大芯片的使用方法,硬件连接电路,以及基于DAQmx的数据采集程序。该系统可以检测到多孔介质内流体流动瞬间或微小流速下渗流时的流压。
At present,the flow pressure value of the fluid in porous media is very small when the fluid displacing at a small velocity,and the existing high- precision pressure sensors cannot meet the experimental requirements, which often leads to a large error in the flow pressure value in the measurement of seepage at a small velocity,thus affecting the actual production speed. A set of detection system of fluid pressure in porous pedia based on LabVIEW is designed to realize the collection of weak signals at the exit end. Real-time display,save and playback. The structure of the whole system was proposed,and a hardware platform based on pressure sensor,amplifier circuit,data acquisition card, and computer was established. The acquisition and analysis software was developed by LabVIEW 2017. The use of INA128 amplifier chip,hardware connection circuit,and data acquisition program based on DAQmx are given. The system can detect the flow pressure in porous media when the fluid flow is instantaneous or at a small velocity.
