精神情感照护策略对ICU重症患者的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究ICU重症患者引入基于精神情感状况为导向的照护策略对其心理状况、生活质量的影响。方法纳入对象的时间定为2016年3月至2019年1月,将符合纳入标准的调研对象按照入院时间先后分为对照组45例、研究组45例。其中对照组实施传统的护理照护,而研究组则在对照组基础上引入基于精神情感状况为导向的照护策略。两组患者干预前及干预后均接受SAS和SDS量表、Barthel生活自理能力评估表测评,同时比较两组护理不良事件、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者在干预后的SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组投诉率、护理操作不规范率、总并发症发生率低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论将基于精神情感状况为导向的照护策略应用于ICU重症患者可改善其心理状态,提高生活质量,减少护理不良事件及并发症发生,提高护理满意度,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effect of introducing nursing strategies based on mental and emotional conditions in ICU critically ill patients on their psychological status and quality of life. Methods From March, 2016 to January, 2019, the subjects who met the inclusion criteria were divided into a control group (45 cases) and a research group (45 cases) according to the admission time. The control group adopted traditional nursing care, while the research group introduced the mental and emotional state-oriented nursing strategies on the basis of the control group. Both groups were assessed by SAS and SDS scales as well as Barthel's self-care ability scale before and after intervention. The adverse nursing events, nursing satisfaction, and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores were lower and the quality of life score was higher in the research group than in the control group, with statistical differences (all P < 0.05). The rate of nursing complaints, irregular care rate, and total complication rate were lower and the patients' satisfaction was higher in the research group than in the control group, with statistical differences (all P < 0.05)). Conclusion Applying the nursing strategies based on mental and emotional conditions in ICU critically ill patients can improve their psychological status and quality of life as well as nursing satisfaction, and reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events and complications, so it is worthy of promotion.
