摘要
以贵阳轨道交通2#线某段双连拱隧道为研究对象,利用数值分析软件对“中导洞+上下台阶法”和“中导洞+CRD法”进行开挖支护动态模拟,通过破坏区、洞周变形、地表变形、二次应力场和初支结构内力5个指标对两种工法效果进行比较。研究结果表明,两种方法计算的各项指标都在允许范围内,CRD法引起的隧道围岩扰动程度较弱,更能有效地控制变形;但是在支护结构受力、施工进度和工字钢材料用量上不占优势。建议在地层条件复杂或施工要求较高的区域选择CRD法;其他地方在确保安全的情况下采用台阶法进行快速、经济施工。
Taking a section of double-arch tunnel of Guiyang Rail Transit Line 2# as an example,we adopted numerical software to simulate the dynamic processes of excavation and support of “medium guiding hole + up and down steps method” and “medium guiding hole + CRD method”.Five indicators,including destruction zone,hole deformation,surface deformation,secondary stress field and internal force of initial support structure,were compared.The research results showed that the calculated indexes of the two methods were within the allowable ranges.The disturbance of surrounding rock mass caused by CRD method was weaker,and the deformation could be better controlled;however,there was no advantage in the support structure stress,construction progress and the amount of steel used.It is recommended to choose CRD method in areas with complex geological conditions or high construction requirements,otherwise the step method can be used for rapid and economic construction.
