摘要
由于冷试(简称“CFT”)水压边界的存在,导致试压边界上的检查项目部分或完全处于非规定的压力状态,为试压边界上的检查项目的役前检查(简称PSI)查漏实施带来了巨大挑战。基于CPR1000机组CFT期间的PSI查漏工作的实施现状,重点就试压边界项目的PSI查漏方案进行了分析和总结,该成果对于压水堆核电机组水压查漏相关难题的解决具有深远意义。
Owning to the Cold Functional Test(CFT)hydrostatic border,border check items part or completely could not be under prescribed pressure;which poses a huge challenge for Pre-service Inspection(PSI)of the border check items.Author introduced the status of CPR1000 Pre-service Inspection(PSI)leak inspection during the Cold Functional Test(CFT),and focused on analyzing and summarizing the Pre-service Inspection(PSI)leak inspection scheme of the border check items.The result has far-reaching significance to solve the leak inspection problems of hydrostatic test.
