摘要
本文建立了离子色谱法测定氨基酸盐酸盐中氯化物的方法。实验使用的仪器是DionexICS-2000型离子色谱仪,并配有IonPacAS19型分析柱(250mm×4mm)、IonpacAG19型保护柱(50mm×4mm)。选用NaOH作为淋洗液,其梯度淋洗浓度分别为20mmol/L和40mmol/L,流速为1.00mL/min,抑制电流为99mA,进样量为25mL。在本文建立的氧瓶燃烧的前处理方法和仪器优化条件下,Cl-为0.25~50.00μg/mL,其相关系数大于0.999,方法的相对标准偏差小于5%,适用于氨基酸盐酸盐中氯化物的测定。
This paper establishes a method for the determination of chloride in amino acids by ion chromatography.The instrument used in the experiment is Dionex ICS-2000 ion chromatograph with IonPac AS19 analytical column(250 mm×4 mm)and IonPac AG19 protective column(50 mm×4 mm).NaOH is selected as the eluent.The gradient elution concentration is 20 mmol/L and 40 mmol/L,respectively.The flow rate is 1.00 mL/min,the inhibition current is 99 mA and the injection volume is 25 mL.Under the optimum conditions of oxygen flask combustion pretreatment method and instrument,Cl-is 0.25μg/mL to 50.00μg/mL,the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.999,and the relative standard deviation of the method is less than 5%.The method is suitable for the determination of chloride in amino acid hydrochloride.
