摘要 拉曼光谱技术能够有效的进行物质定性与结构分析,是目前快速无损检测的一项有力工具,在诸多领域得到了广泛的研究与利用。而常规的拉曼光谱由于其散射的截面较小,通常会受到低灵敏度的限制或者对分析物的浓度要求较高,因此对于一些信号较弱、含量较少的检测对象,往往检测难度较高,为了解决这一问题,研究人员开始关注表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)。表面增强拉曼光谱是一种能够增强检测对象拉曼信号的新型光谱技术,因其具有处理过程简单、检测方便快捷、对样品损害较小等优点,多年来在法庭科学领域中,对痕量物质物证的分析和识别有着重要的贡献。概述了目前的法庭科学领域当中,常见表面增强拉曼光谱的增强基底制备过程及检测方法,并从书写材料、毒物毒品、爆炸物等多个方面分别讨论了不同类型检测对象的SERS研究思路及进展。 Raman spectroscopy technique can effectively perform qualitative and structural analysis of materials.It is a powerful tool for rapid non-destructive testing at present and has been widely studied and utilized in many fields.However,conventional Raman spectroscopy is usually limited by low sensitivity or high requirements for concentration of analyte due to its small scattering cross section.Therefore,some samples with weaker signals and less content are often difficult to detect.In order to solve this problem,many researchers have begun to pay attention to surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS).Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy is a new type of spectroscopy technology that can enhance the Raman signal of the detected object.Because of its advantages,such as simple processing,convenient and fast detection,and less damage to the sample and so on,over the years,it has made important contributions to the analysis and identification of trace material evidence in the field of forensic science.This paper outlines the enhanced substrate preparation process and detection methods of common surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy in the current field of forensic science,and discusses the SERS research ideas and progress of different types of detection objects from various aspects such as writing materials,poisons,drugs and explosives.
