摘要
绿色建筑的实践在中国方兴未艾,笔者从事绿色建筑的实践已经十多年,经历过上百个项目,其中就有南海意库三号楼这样高难度的实践,深知一个高端的绿色实践来之不易。近年来,碰到了一个实用性"零能耗"绿色建筑项目,由于其是一个既有建筑绿色改造,投入资金很有限,因此应用技术难度颇高,故将其分析思考和实践总结写成此文,希望能抛砖引玉,对广大绿色建筑者有帮助。
The practice of Green Building is booming in China.The author has been engaged in the practice of Green Building for more than 10 years,and has experienced hundreds of projects,among which Nanhai E-Cool No.3 building is a highly difficult one.In recent years,the author has come across a practical"zero energy"Green Building project.Because it is a green renovation of existing buildings,the investment is limited,so the application of technology is quite difficult.Therefore,this paper summarizes its analysis and practice and hopes it will be helpful to the green builders.
