摘要
为了研究清扫车滚刷清扫效果的影响因素,基于清扫车滚刷工作原理,建立清扫过程中滚刷刷毛与地面的接触模型,推导出滚刷旋转与前进运动的合成位移方程。采用MATLAB对滚刷进行运动仿真,采用ANSYS对不同材质的刷毛进行力学性能分析,研究滚刷运动和刷毛材质两方面因素。仿真结果表明:刷毛变形量越大,清扫效果越好;当滚刷转速为700r/min、滚刷前进速度为5km/h时,清扫效果最佳。对比分析聚丙烯(polypropylene,PP)材质和尼龙材质的刷毛,尼龙材质的滚刷清扫性能更好。
To study the reasons of affecting clean effect of sweeper roller brush,the contact model between roller brush and ground during cleaning was established based on the principle of roller brush.The synthetic displacement equation of rolling and forward motion of roller brush was derived.The movement of roller brush was simulated by MATLAB.The mechanical performance of different roller brush bristles was analyzed by ANSYS,and two factors including roller brush movement and brush bristles material were studied.The results show that cleaning effect is better under the larger deformation of brush bristles.The cleaning effect will reach its best degree when the rotation speed of roller brush is 700 r/min and the forward speed is 5 km/h.Compared with polypropylene(PP),nylon is more suitable as the material of brush bristles.
