摘要
目的探讨老年胆囊炎腹腔镜手术患者采用预见性护理对其术后并发症的影响。方法选取2016年9月—2018年6月在该院行腹腔镜手术的老年胆囊炎患者92例,根据随机数表法分为观察组(46例)和对照组(46例),对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施预见性护理,对比两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及并发症情况。结果观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分(46.42±1.86)分、(51.32±2.09)分]低于对照组(49.78±2.13)分、(54.78±2.13分)],差异有统计学意义(t=8.059、7.864,P=0.000);观察组术后7d时VAS评分(4.21±1.67)分明显低于对照组(5.14±2.23)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.264,P=0.026);观察组并发症发生率(8.70%)低于对照组(28.26%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.845,P=0.016)。结论预见性护理可有效改善老年胆囊炎腹腔镜手术患者心理状态,减轻疼痛程度,降低术后并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing on postoperative complications in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for elderly patients with cholecystitis.Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with cholecystitis who underwent laparoscopic surgery from September 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases)according to the random number table method.In the routine nursing,the observation group performed predictive nursing on the basis of the control group,and compared the two groups of anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)score,depression self-rating scale(SDS)score,visual analog scale(VAS)score and complications.Results The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group(46.42±1.86)points,(51.32±2.09)points:were lower than those in the control group(49.78±2.13)points,(54.78±2.13 points)],and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.059,7.864,P=0.000);the VAS score(4.21±1.67)points in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(5.14±2.23)points at 7 days after operation,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.264,P=0.026).The incidence of complications in the observation group(8.70%)was lower than that in the control group(28.26%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.845,P=0.016).Conclusion Predictive nursing can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with laparoscopic cholecystitis,reduce the degree of pain and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
