摘要
中国科学社是中国近代一个重要的科学社团。20世纪30年代,在科学社社员的参与和主导下,中国涌现了一批专门学会。此后在专门学会的发展过程中,中国科学社也起了很大作用。它联合专门学会召开年会,节省了专门学会的经费开支,促进了专门学会的学术交流。中国科学社创办杂志和审查名词的尝试,还为专门学会的相关活动奠定了基础。在科学社的大力支持下,专门学会迅速崛起,成为中国科学体制化的一个重要标志。
The science society of China is an important scientific society in modern China.In the 1930s,a number of specialized societies emerged in China under the participation and leadership of members of the science society.Since then,the science society of China has also played an important role in the development of specialized societies.It jointly holds annual meetings of specialized societies,saves funds and expenditures of specialized societies,and promotes academic exchanges among specialized societies.The attempt of founding magazines and examining nouns by the science society of China has also laid a foundation for the relevant activities of the special societies.With the strong support of the science society,the rapid rise of specialized societies has become an important symbol of the institutionalization of science in China.
