摘要
党的十九大报告中对乡村振兴战略进行了全面部署,实施乡村振兴战略,是关系6.7亿农民建成小康社会的重大举措,是发展农村经济,增加农民收入,缩小城乡差别,实现全体人民共同富裕的必然要求。在此背景下,如何抢抓新时代发展机遇,准确把握畜牧产业发展方向,有效谋划发展格局,构建发展蓝图,是每个畜牧管理工作者和生产经营者必须了解掌握和研究的课题;本文以把握的几个原则,注重的几个问题和协调处理的几个关系为切入点,进行了分析和讨论,以供同行借鉴和参考。
In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the strategy of Rural Revitalization hasbeen fully deployed.The implementation of Rural Revitalization strategy isan important measure for 670 million peasantsto build a well-off society.It isan inevitable requirement for the development of rural economy, the increase of peasants' income, the narrowing of differences between urban and rural areas, and the realization of the common prosperity.In thiscontext, how to seize the development opportunitiesin new era, accurately grasp the development direction of animal husbandry industry, effectively plan the development pattern, and build a development blueprint isa subject that every animal husbandry administrator and producer must understand, grasp and research.Thispaper analyzed and discussed some problemsfrom three points, grasping several principles, paying attention to several problemsand coordinating and treating several relations, hoping provide reference for peers.
