摘要
本文对风电机组刚性塔架振动故障进行诊断和治理,基于刚性塔架风电机组的塔架动力学模型,确定了刚性塔架共振判定条件,分析了机组刚性塔架因阵风引起转速超调导致塔架共振的原因,提出在叶轮转速反馈控制基础上,建立以功率输出平稳为准则、以叶轮为风速计的预估风速控制优化方法。将该方法用于某2000k W风电机组刚性塔架振动故障,实际结果表明,叶轮转速反馈与预估风速联合控制可有效降低阵风引起的叶轮转速超调,避免机组刚性塔架共振,效果显著。
In this paper, the vibration fault of rigid tower of wind turbine is diagnosed and treated. On the basis of dynamic model of the rigid tower of wind turbine, the conditions for judging the resonance of the rigid tower are determined, the reasons of the tower resonance caused by overshoot of rotating speed induced by gust are analyzed, and an optimization method for predicting the wind speed control is put forward, which takes the stable power output as the aim and rotor as a ‘anemometer’, on the basis of feedback control of rotation speed of the impeller. Moreover, this method is applied to analyze the vibration fault of a rigid tower of a 2 000 kW wind turbine, and the results show that, the combined control of impeller speed feedback and estimated wind speed can effectively reduce the overshoot of impeller speed caused by gust, avoid the resonance of rigid tower of the unit, and the effect is remarkable.
