摘要
海上升压站的可靠性和安全性是海上风电场安全稳定运行的基础。本文分析了海上升压站建造过程的特点和存在问题,基于已实施的海上风电项目案例,指出海上升压站建造过程结构制作、站内设备和系统安装、调试阶段的关键环节和主要隐患,采用预防控制、过程控制和事后检验相结合的方式,提出针对性的控制措施,形成完整、有效的海上升压站建造质量控制技术。并通过实际项目验证,形成行业内标准规范。本文对确保海上升压站建造整体质量有重要的技术指导意义和参考价值。
The reliability and safety of offshore substation are basis for safe and stable operation of offshore wind farms. The characteristics and existing problems of offshore substation construction are firstly analyzed in this paper. Based on the cases of offshore wind power projects implemented, the main risks and key points are pointed out for structure manufacturing, equipment installation and commissioning stage in construction process of the offshore substation, a targeted quality control method combining prevention with process, after-test is put forward, a complete and effective quality control technology for offshore substation construction has been formed. It is verified through the implementation of the actual project, and the standard is promoted in the industry. It has the important technical guiding significance and reference value for ensuring the construction quality of offshore substations.
