摘要
对级联型整流器稳定运行区域(稳定域)的分析以及不同直流侧电压平衡控制策略的评估至关重要。针对多级级联H桥整流器稳定域却鲜有分析且没有一种适用范围较广的直流侧电压平衡控制策略评估方法,因此提出一种基于相量图的多级级联H桥整流器稳定域的通用分析方法,定义功率偏差系数来分析不同直流侧电压平衡控制策略的调节能力。建立级联H桥整流器直流侧电压数学模型,分析两级和多级级联H桥整流器的稳定域,给出以调制比调节法为例的功率偏差系数数学表达式。因此,对四级级联H桥整流器多种工况下调制比调节法所能达到的功率偏差系数范围进行求解,并对这些工况进行仿真和实验,验证了所提出的分析方法的有效性和准确性。
It is important for cascaded H-bridge rectifier(CHBR)to analyze the steady-state operating region(SOR)and regulation capacity of voltage balance strategy.However,there is no widely applicable method to evaluate the regulation capacity of voltage balance strategy.This paper presents a general analytical method for SOR of CHBR based on phasor diagram.Meanwhile,an index of power imbalance is defined,and modulation index regulation of four-cells CHBR is used as an example.The mathematical expressions for CHBR are determined.Finally,the validity and effectiveness of the proposed analysis method are verified by the simulation and experiments on a four-cells CHBR.
