摘要
采用组织培养方法对兰州百合鳞片不同部位芽诱导和试管小鳞茎生根膨大进行研究。结果表明,兰州百合最佳外植体为鳞片下部,其次为鳞片中部,鳞片上部不适于作外植体材料。组培小鳞茎一次膨大和二次膨大分别处理60、90、120d的鲜重和横径均随着处理时间的增加而增大,且二次膨大比一次膨大效果显著。
The method of tissue culture was used to study the bud induction and the rooting and enlargement of small tube bulbs in different parts of Lilium davidiivar.The results showed that the best explant of Lanzhou lily is the lower part,followed by the middle part and the upper part is not suitable for explant material.The fresh weight and transversal diameter of the small bulb in tissue culture increased with the increase of the treatment time at 60 d,90 d and 120 d,respectively.Moreover,the effect of secondary expansion is more significant than that of the primary expansion.
