摘要
立足《国家节水行动方案》和武威市凉州区区情、水情,提出凉州区实施国家节水行动的重点在农业农村领域,分析了农业农村节水方面存在的不足,从农村节水增效治污、管理体制机制改革、提升精细化管理水平等方面探讨了凉州区落实国家节水行动的思路。
Based on National Water Conservation Action Plan,as well as water condition in Liangzhou District of Wuwei City,the key points for implementing the plan shall be placed on agricultural field.Evaluation is made on the deficiency of water conservation in agriculture.The ideas of how to implement the national plan are discussed from the respects of water-saving for benefit increase,pollution control,management system reform,and improving management by precision management.
