摘要
医学院生物化学教学中,蛋白质的结构与功能是教学的重点与难点,传统教学方法效果不佳。基于科研与教学实践,探讨软件Swiss-PDBViewer在蛋白质结构与功能教学中的应用。借助此软件,结合蛋白质结构数据库,教师可以更直观、更生动地向学生讲解蛋白质结构与功能的内容,提高教学效果;同时,该软件简便易学,可用于学生课后自主学习,深化对蛋白质结构与功能的认识。
Protein structure and function is a major part of the biochemistry course.Given the unsatisfactory teaching effects of traditional methods,a software Swiss-PDB Viewer was applied in the teaching of the protein structure and function based on teaching practice and scientific research.Using this software in combination with the protein structure database,teachers could show students the protein structure and function in an intuitive manner and elevate the teaching effect.Moreover,the students could use the easy-to-learn software to explore the structure and function of proteins in their self-learning activities after class.
