摘要
为方便机械砌筑,装配式砌块砌体墙体被设计成无竖向灰缝,加长砌块砌筑形式。通过对比两种不同影响因素(不同砌筑方式、有无竖向灰缝)18个抗压试件、27个抗剪试件的静力试验,研究了用于装配式墙体的加长型混凝土砌块砌体的抗压强度、抗剪强度及破坏模式等力学性能。试验结果表明,无竖向灰缝的机器砌筑工厂预制试件与有竖向灰缝的人工砌筑试件的抗压强度和抗剪强度均满足规范要求,说明无竖向灰缝的机器砌筑替代有竖向灰缝人工砌筑可行。
In order to facilitate the mechanical masonry,the prefabricated masonry wall was designed to no vertical mortal and used lengthened block masonry.In this paper,18 compressive specimens and 27 shear specimens were tested to investigate to the mechanical properties and failure mode of extension type concrete block masonry for prefabricated wall,through two kinds of factors (building method and vertical mortal joint).The result shows that the prefabricated masonry specimen without vertical mortar and the artificial masonry specimen with vertical mortar meet the design requirement.It is proved that the machine masonry without vertical mortar is feasible for artificial masonry with vertical mortar.
