冠心病患者CRP、CysC等生化检验指标的测定及其临床意义 被引量:3

Determination of CRP, CysC and Other Biochemical Test Indicators in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Its Clinical Significance

摘要 目的探究CRP、CysC等生化指标检验对判定冠心病的临床应用价值。方法该次研究选择2015年1月-2019年3月于该院接受生化指标检验的冠心病患者126例作为观察组对象,选择同期接受生化指标检验的门诊健康体检者110名作为对照组对象,比较各组患者相关检验指标差异,同时探究观察组冠心病患者不同类型对指标水平的影响。结果观察组患者CRP指标(14.98±3.22)mg/L、CysC指标(1.37±0.21)mg/L、Hcy指标(18.13±4.22)umol/L均明显高于对照组(t=7.38、8.11、10.54,P<0.05),而其他GLU指标(5.81±1.21)mmol/L、TP指标(72.33±4.21)g/L、BUN指标(5.72±2.22)mmol/L则与对照组差异无统计学意义(t=1.33、1.42、2.05,P>0.05)。而观察组冠心病患者中,急性心肌梗塞患者CRP指标(23.21±3.48)mg/L、Hcy指标(23.45±4.21)umol/L均明显高于其他冠心病类型患者,而CysC指标(1.94±0.21)mg/L则明显低于其他类型患者(t=21.04、20.08、13.44,P<0.05)。结论临床通过CRP、CysC等生化指标检验可用于判断冠心病,同时预测病情类型及程度,值得临床应用与推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical application value of CRP, CysC and other biochemical indicators in the determination of coronary heart disease. Methods In this study, 126 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent biochemical tests in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2019 were selected as the observation group. 110 outpatients who received biochemical indicators for the same period were selected as the control group. The differences of related test indicators were compared between the groups, and the effects of different types of coronary heart disease patients on the index levels were also explored. Results The CRP index (14.98±3.22) mg/L, CysC index (1.37±0.21) mg/L and Hcy index (18.13±4.22) umol/L were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (t=7.38, 8.11, 10.54, P<0.05), while other GLU indicators (5.81±1.21) mmol/L, TP index (72.33±4.21) g/L, BUN index (5.72±2.22) mmol/L were not significantly different from the control group (t=1.33, 1.42, 2.05, P>0.05). Among the patients with coronary heart disease in the observation group, the CRP index (23.21±3.48) mg/L and Hcy index (23.45±4.21) umol/L were significantly higher in patients with acute myocardial infarction than in other patients with coronary heart disease, and the CysC index was (1.94±0.21) mg/L was significantly lower than other types of patients (t=21.04, 20.08, 13.44, P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical examination of CRP, CysC and other biochemical indicators can be used to judge coronary heart disease, and predict the type and extent of the disease, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
