摘要
以挤出最大宽度为1600mm的250单螺杆挤出机机头流道为研究对象,根据现场应用存在的问题,利用ANSYS-polyflow对原有结构进行分析并据此优化设计,经现场生产运行结果表明:优化设计方案能够很好地解决相关问题,能满足客户的生产需求,取得了良好的应用效果。
The flow path of the 250 single-screw extruder with the maximum width of the extruded product reaching 1 600 mm is studied object.Based on the feedback from the field application,the original structure was analyzed.The optimal design was proposed under the influence of finite element analysis(FEA)of ANSYS-polyflow.The field production verification results show that the optimized design solution can solve related problems well,meet customer s production requirements and achieve good application results.
