摘要
针对福建某金矿废水处理系统运行过程中出现的漂白粉加药量大、漂白粉和絮凝剂利用率低以及絮凝沉降效果不理想等问题,试验研究了漂白粉加药方式、絮凝剂加药点及加药量、出水酸化中和等内容。研究结果表明,废水处理系统经过工艺优化后,漂白粉用量从平均2.06kg/m^3降至1.37kg/m^3,絮凝剂用量从平均10g/m^3降至1g/m^3,调酸用量从平均0.65kg(盐酸)/m^3降至0.4kg(硫酸)/m^3。药剂处理成本降低约126.22万元/年,经济效益显著。
In order to treat the problems in the running process of a goldmine wastewater treatment system in Fujian,such as a large amount of bleaching powder dosage, low utilization ratio of bleaching powder and flocculant,and poor flocculation sedimentation effect. The experimental study of bleaching powder dosing method, flocculant dosing position and the dosage, effluent acidification. The results show that: after the process optimization, the bleaching powder dosage from an average of 1.67 kg/m^3 to 2.36 kg/m^3, flocculant dosage from an average of 10 g/m^3 to 1 g/m^3, acid dosage from an average of 0.65 kg(hydrochloric acid)/m^3 to 0.4 kg(sulphuric acid)/m^3. Agent treatment cost may save 1.2622 million yuan/year, and the economic benefits is significant.
