摘要
食品化学课程是食品各专业学生必修的一门专业基础课程,对食品专业学生今后的专业课程的学习影响很大,但该课程理论内容较多,学生不易理解,采用传统的教学方式达不到较好的教学效果。通过对食品化学课程的特点和采用传统教学方式的弊端,分析了采用慕课教学的优势,并详细讲述了食品化学课程慕课教学的具体实践。
Food Chemistry is a compulsory basic course for students majoring in food.It has a great influence on the future study.There are many theoretical contents in the course of food chemistry,which are difficult for students to understand,and the traditional teaching method is ineffective.This paper introduces the characteristics of food chemistry course and the disadvantages of traditional teaching methods,analyses the advantages of using the teaching method of MOOC,detailed description also mentioned.
