摘要
涠洲12-2油田地质条件十分复杂、非均质性极强,在进行表层钻井作业时存在井壁失稳、钻井轨迹控制困难、钻井液性能不稳定等诸多难题,常规钻井技术表层钻进作业难度大、经济门槛高。通过优选新型海水聚合物钻井液体系、优化井身结构、优选马达钻具组合、改进牙轮钻头与随钻测量系统,形成了一套适用于涠洲12-2油田表层提效关键钻井技术。现场实践表明,所提出的表层提效关键技术可提高井下作业安全和钻井时效,降低钻井作业成本,具有较好的推广应用价值。
WZ12-2 oilfield is geologically complex and heterogeneous. It often encounters wellbore instability, difficulty of trajectory control and drilling fluid property maintenance. Conventional drilling technologies often lead to complex downhole problem and are economically unfeasible. On the basis of optimization of seawater polymer drilling fluid, well structure design, mud motor BHA, cone bit and MWD system, a set of novel top-hole drilling technology is developed. This novel technology is successfully applied in WZ12-2 oilfield, and field practices show that those technologies can effectively improve the downhole safety and drilling time efficiency, reduce the drilling cost, and enjoy a good application prospect.
