摘要
联合办公空间通过资源共享的形式降低入驻成本且能够促进群体之间的交流,近年来受到国内中小型创业企业和创业个人的广泛欢迎.但目前国内联合办公空间存在重空间设计而在家具及设施上缺乏人性化考量的问题.本文对问题的原因进行分析,并提出对于服务商、设计方及家具企业各方应协同解决的主要问题及解决建议.
The joint office space reduces the cost of entry and promotes communication among groups by resource sharing. In recent years, it has been widely welcomed by domestic small and medium-sized start-ups and entrepreneurs. However, domestic joint office spaces put more emphases on interior design than humanization considerations in furniture and facilities, which is a severe problem. This study is aimed to analyze the causes of the problem and proposes the main problems and solutions for the service providers, designers and furniture companies to solve.
