摘要
国家教育部关于开展国家安全学一级学科建设的意见引发学界争议,其中有的学者进一步提出直接构建国家安全学学科门类的想法。为此,本文从"总体人类安全观"战略高度审视,认为将安全学(而不是国家安全学)作为学科门类(而不是一级学科)加以建设,适逢其时,条件成熟,必要可行;并认为,安全学学科门类设置的战略规划大体可以包含9个一级学科、140个二级学科专业,将来相关专业毕业生可直接授予安全学学位。
The opinion of the Ministry of Education of the PRC on the construction of the first-level discipline about National Security Science has caused academic controversy. Some scholars have further proposed the idea of directly constructing the disciplinary categories of national security. Therefore, from the perspective of the overall human anquan concept, this paper argues that anquanology(rather than national security science) as a disciplinary categories(rather than a first-level discipline)is built at the right time and owning available condition. The analysis of this paper believes that the anquanology disciplinary categories can be generally planned 9 first-level disciplines and 140 secondary disciplines. In the future, relevant graduates can be directly awarded a degree in anquanology.
