摘要
初始液膜是蒸发液膜形成的基础,研究它的分布情况对改进分子蒸馏器内部流场形态和优化进料结构具有重要意义。文中建立了三角齿分布器及其外围筒体的数学模型,采用计算流体力学方法研究了三角齿分布器转速、进料速度、进料位置对初始液膜均匀性的影响。提出了一种新型进料结构,包括中间进料装置与斜齿分布器,对其进行数值模拟研究并与常规进料结构对比分析。结果表明:在侧方位进料下改变三角齿分布器转速与进料速度均不能改善初始液膜的均匀性;进料位置越靠近轴心处初始液膜分布越均匀。经结构优化后,采用中间进料与斜齿出料形成的初始液膜分布最均匀,进而有利于在转子刮擦区形成均匀的蒸发液膜,加强传热传质,提高了分离效率。
Initial liquid film is the basis of evaporation film. In order to improve internal flow field pattern and optimize feed structure, it is important to study the distribution of initial liquid film in wiped film molecular distillation. The mathematical model of triangular tooth distributor and its peripheral cylinder was established, and the effects of triangular tooth distributor′s speed, feed rate and feed position on initial liquid film uniformity were investigated. A new feed structure that including intermediate feed device and inclined tooth distributor was proposed and researched by numerical simulation,and then compared with the conventional feed structure. The results show that the uniformity of the initial liquid film cannot be improved by changing triangular tooth distributor′s speed and feed rate under lateral azimuth feeding. The closer feeding position to the axis is, the more uniform initial liquid film distribution is. After structural optimization, the distribution of initial liquid film created by intermediate feed and inclined tooth is the most uniform, and it is beneficial to form a uniform evaporative film in the rotor friction area, enhance heat and mass transfer, and improve separation efficiency.
