摘要
研究了高海拔地区链条燃煤锅炉的燃烧过程、燃烧机理,分析了高海拔环境对水分析出、挥发份析出、焦碳燃烧的影响,并从传热学的角度分析了高海拔环境对链条燃煤锅炉炉膛辐射传热和对流的影响。缺少改进的措施和建议。建议在设计时,适当增加炉膛容积和尾部烟道的截面积;运行时,合理送风和调节风量。
The combustion process and mechanism of chain coal-fired boilers at high altitude are studied. The influence of high altitude environment on water analysis, volatile matter precipitation and coke combustion is analyzed.The influence of high altitude environment on radiation heat transfer and convection in the furnace of chain coal-fired boiler is analyzed from the viewpoint of heat transfer. It is suggested that the furnace volume and the cross-section area of the tail flue should be increased appropriately in design, and that the air supply and the air flow should be adjusted reasonably in operation.
